Gigi Hadid's diet and all the latest news about her you'd wanna know

23-year-old American supermodel, Gigi Hadid is as fit as a fiddle. Gigi who confesses to being a fitness addict has walked Victoria’s Secret ramp three times already. Other than her social media popularity, she is also known for her laid-back persona and an inspiring healthy lifestyle. Even if you don’t want to emulate the supermodel’s physique, her diet and workout regime are going to help you stay fit and healthy!

She counts on boxing, weight training and volleyball to stay in shape. Although, she believes in rotating workouts to keep it interesting and energetic. Gigi does jump ropes for shapely legs. Alongside gyming, Hadid focuses on strength and muscle training through sports. She has ridden horses all her life and played volleyball which helped her to build her core muscles.

Her motto is ‘Eat clean to stay healthy, eat burgers to stay sane!. Lots of protein is the X-factor behind her lean goddess-like physique.

For breakfast:
She likes to eat two eggs and coffee (thank goodness her diet regime includes coffee). The coffee is taken either black or with unsweetened almond milk. Gigi also relies on drinking only smoothies for breakfast sometimes to help shred any excess weight. Kodiak pancake, banana, and French press coffee with a bit of almond milk also add to the breakfast menu.

For lunch:
Gigi eats an arugula salad, topped with smoked salmon, cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese, virgin olive oil, and peach balsamic vinegar. A falafel pita sandwich is an equally healthy substitute and it is full of good fibers. If she is having sea-food, she avoids tempura (fried veggies or seafood) and opts for broiled seafood with a green salad in ginger dressing. Her sushi is rice rolls replaced with thin cucumber ones.


For dinner:
She loves frozen cooked carrot spirals and zucchini noodles (popular as coodles and zoodles). Vegan Mediterranean salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, roasted eggplant, hummus, pine nuts, and a side of pita is also a healthy option.

For fans of the Hadid women, not just Gigi but her mother Yolanda Hadid and younger sister Bella Hadid also live a wholesome, nourished life, and abide by a strict diet. Yolanda who is an ex-model and reality television star eats lots of veggies throughout the day and keeps dinner as her smallest meal. Kale, onions and carrots are her favorite ingredients. Bella is known to love her hard proteins. She also works out for 3 hours everyday. Looks like the Hadids have got it going on.

    Her first of the year, Hadid walked the catwalk for Tom Ford autumn/winter 2019 collection at the New York fashion week in February. She wore a turtleneck top, power blazer, trousers and strappy platform heels – all in the color of the moment – head-to-toe coral-red. The look was finished with nude makeup and ultra-sleek tied hair.

    Gigi Hadid closed the Fendi Show at Milan Fashion Week in February 2019. She wore a sheer, bright yellow dress down the runway. The show was a tribute to the legendary fashion designer and Fendi’s creative director, Karl Lagerfeld’s post his unfortunate passing away.

    Hadid sisters were spotted twinning at the LVMH Prize 2019 Edition Party which took place during the Paris Fashion Week. Gigi Hadid looked stunning in a pale white boiler suit paired with multi-colored gloves and white sneakers. The look was similar to that of her sister Bella, who wore an ivory trench coat. The hot sisters broke the monotony of their all-white outfits with bold lip tints.
  • Gigi Hadid’s Debut With Burberry
    The 5 foot 10-inch tall model walked her first Burberry runway at the brand’s fall 2019 fashion show. The show which showcased designer Riccardo Tisci's take on luxury sportswear, had Hadid walking down the ramp in a monochrome zip-front top over a Burberry polo shirt, with a mini skirt and calf-length boots.
